How is the artwork shipped?

We offer a choice of services from UPS, FedEx and USPS, the world's leading couriers.  Due to the valuable nature of the artwork, transportation insurance is necessary for the protection of all parties.  Your selection of courier will be based upon the value of the artwork purchased and the availability of insurance by the courier.  For items valued up to $1,000, you can choose either UPS, FedEx or USPS.  For items valued from $1,000 up to $5,000, UPS and USPS are available.  Only UPS is available for items valued above $5,000.  Please select your shipping preference accordingly.

How is the artwork delivered?

Our artworks are packaged professionally in strong, purpose-built packages designed to protect the items during shipment.  We've negotiated extremely modest packaging fees for quality workmanship meeting the highest industry standards.  Packaging fees by artwork category are:  A)  framed works - $40;  B)  flat works - $30 (oil on canvas/art board and all media that can't be shipped in a mailing tube);  C)  stretched oil works - $30;  and  D)  art prints and drawings that can be rolled for shipment in a mailing tube - $10. You will receive order documentation and our authentication endorsement with your purchase.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping charges are calculated by available courier and service preference from your shipping address and the weight and size of the package to be delivered, and also includes packaging and insurance.  The total costs of artwork, shipping, packaging and insurance are subject to your final approval before any charges are made.

Can I have my purchase shipped to a location other than my home address?

Yes. We will ship your purchase to any address you specify when you order.

Is the artwork insured?

What if I experience problems with the shipping or delivery of my order?

When do I receive my order?

Within 24 hours, we will confirm the order and time of shipping based upon your selection of carrier and service. As a rule, your purchase will be packed and available for shipment within 2 days, and once it's shipped, it will be delivered to your doorstep according to your shipping preferences.

Can I return the artwork after it is delivered?

We guarantee your purchase and that the quality of our artworks will meet or exceed your expectations. If you’re not delighted for any reason whatsoever, you may return your purchase to us within 7 days for an exchange or full refund, minus shipment-related costs.  Please carefully wrap and return the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us using the same courier that delivered the item to you. You are also required to insure the artwork for its purchase price and include the original invoice information with the package. What if my artwork arrives damaged?

Our art collection spans a century of exquisite artistic achievement, and has been meticulously archived and professionally stored to preserve, protect and conserve its high cultural legacy.  Because of these careful measures, our portfolio has remained in excellent condition, unless otherwise specifically noted in the artwork's description.  However, in the rare event that your item arrives damaged as a result of its transport, please contact us immediately by phone at +(305) 974-2931 and we’ll guide you through your options, which include replacing the damaged work (in case of multiple editions), a full refund or credit towards another purchase.

What if the item I receive is not the one I ordered?

In the unlikely event that this happens, you may return your purchase within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.  Make sure that the artwork is shipped in its original packaging, using the same courier that delivered the artwork to you. You are also required to insure the artwork for its purchase price and include the original invoice information with the package.

Will my artwork be delivered with the frame?

In order to keep shipping costs as low as possible, most of our artworks are shipped unstretched and unframed, unless otherwise noted as a part of the artwork's description. This also allows you to have your purchase framed according to your personal preference.
